Welcome to Edura (https://www.getedura.com), operated by Hamilton Consulting LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These Terms govern all language versions of Edura (English, German, Spanish, French, and Chinese). In the event of conflict, the English version prevails.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Edura. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 16.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
Edura is an educational platform that provides:
The free tier provides access to core platform features including browsing listings, creating an account, and limited AI assistant usage.
The Pro tier unlocks additional features including enhanced AI assistant capabilities and premium tools. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.
Eduraoffers a self-service "Promote Your Listing" feature allowing users to promote their listings on the platform for a fixed fee of USD $1 per day, with a 10% discount for bookings over 30 consecutive days.
Payments are processed through Stripe. You must provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable fee.
All promotion sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a promotion is booked.
Promoted listings will be displayed prominently on Edura as per the selected dates. We reserve the right to adjust display formats as necessary.
Promoted listings must comply with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove any promotion that violates our policies without notice or refund.
Edura provides AI-powered features including an educational assistant and content generation tools, powered by OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. By using these features, you acknowledge:
You retain ownership of content you submit to Edura (comments, reviews, blog posts, listing submissions). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
All user-generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
We may review, edit, or remove content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.
The Edura platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Hamilton Consulting LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.
You retain all rights to your original content, subject to the license grant in Section 7.1.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Hamilton Consulting LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content (including AI-generated content) will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hamilton Consulting LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hamilton Consulting LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
