These Terms govern all language versions of Edura (English, German, Spanish, French, and Chinese). In the event of conflict, the English version prevails.

The free tier provides access to core platform features including browsing listings, creating an account, and limited AI assistant usage.
The Pro tier unlocks additional features including enhanced AI assistant capabilities and premium tools. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.
Eduraoffers a self-service "Promote Your Listing" feature allowing users to promote their listings on the platform for a fixed fee of USD $1 per day, with a 10% discount for bookings over 30 consecutive days.
Payments are processed through Stripe. You must provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable fee.
All promotion sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a promotion is booked.
Promoted listings will be displayed prominently on Edura as per the selected dates. We reserve the right to adjust display formats as necessary.
Promoted listings must comply with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove any promotion that violates our policies without notice or refund.
Edura provides AI-powered features including an educational assistant and content generation tools, powered by OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. By using these features, you acknowledge:
You retain ownership of content you submit to Edura (comments, reviews, blog posts, listing submissions). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
All user-generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
We may review, edit, or remove content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.
The Edura platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Hamilton Consulting LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.
You retain all rights to your original content, subject to the license grant in Section 7.1.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hamilton Consulting LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
